Kit Buildings Product Warranties

• Double Truss Steel Frame:

     - Q235 Hot Galvanized Steel Frame: 20-Year Structural Warranty.

• H Section Steel Frame:

     - Q355B H: 20-Year Structural Warranty.

• Fabric Material:

     - PVC 23 oz/sy (610g /m²): 5-year product warranty for the external building fabric.

• Panelling:

     - 6-Year Warranty for both Non-Insulated and Sandwich Panelling.

The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes:

• 20-year structural warranty for the load-bearing elements of the building.
• 5-year product warranty for the external building fabric.
• Fire Retardant PVC - Classification M2.
• ISO 9001 certificate from suppliers to show quality assurance.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Kit Buildings will either:

1. Repair the defective product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. Exchange the defective product with a new or refurbished product.

Yes, the warranty does not cover any damage or defect caused by:

• Abuse, misuse, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorised repair or modification.
• Accident, fire, or other external causes.

Kit Buildings shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages from using our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
